Merci Michelle de prendre soin de notre groupe pour nos destinations soleil. Merci de nous avoir suggéré les Exumas, notre séjour à Staniel Cay a été magique. Les cochons qui nagent, la pêche en haute mer, les excursions sur les iles environnantes et merci pour le conseil du pain au coconut à Black Point, nous avons fait la même chose que toi nous y sommes retournés 2 fois. Par contre tu as oublié de nous avertir du danger du Ocean Cabin punch a Little Farmer, nous étions tous gommé en moins d’une demi-heure alors il nous restaient qu’une chose à faire… la fête.

The swimming pigs, the deep-sea fishing, the excursions on the surrounding islands and thanks for the advice of the coconut bread at Black Point, we did the same thing as you and we went back twice. On the other hand, you forgot to warn us of the dangers of the Ocean Cabin punch at Little Farmer. We were all drunk in less than half an hour. So, we only had one thing to do ... partying!

We booked a nice family trip with Michelle last march. We wanted to go to Cuba and she found us a very nice 5 star hotel within our price range. Once in Cuba, we were notified of how fast the Covid-19 virus was spreading. Everyday Michelle would contacted us and we asked her a million questions. She always took the time for us and was up to date with the flights cancellations. She advised us to also speak daily with the Tour operator representative to see the status on their end. Michelle always reassured us that if we decided to leave earlier she could organize a change of flight. We decided to stay for 1 week and we had no regrets. If it wasn't for Michelle's help, I think we would have came back home earlier and missed out on a beautiful family vacation in Cuba. Thank you.

In today’s online market it is very easy to be drawn to a buy directly from airlines. For the last several years I have been attempting to take on the role of a travel agent and it was all fine until I had less than 45 minutes to connect in Vancouver to Hong Kong and my final destination to Racha Yai Island in Thailand. My luggage never made it nor did my diving gear. What a nightmare. I had always assumed that if a flight was offered then the logistics had to work.

I have been using Michelle’s services ever since and to my surprise she could either beat or match the prices of airlines online services. Plus, every destination I bring up she has been to or somewhere near and her advice is very helpful.

Thanks, Michelle, for making my traveling so much easier. She outdid herself on my 2-month journey across Europe. She arranged for my motorcycle to be shipped cargo to Frankfurt, booked my flights, ferry across the Med and all sleeping accommodations.
